Please refer to the following instructions to make adjustments:
1. When your computer is used in a dual-monitor environment (for example, the No. 1 monitor is a laptop, and the No. 2 monitor is an external large monitor), the big monitor is usually set as the main screen.
Please note that the RemoteGosoftware and handwriting stroke will only appear on the main screen, not on the extended screen.
If you don't know how to set the main screen, right-click on the desktop, select【Display Settings】, make sure that the dual-screen usage method is【Extend these displays】, then click the number of the screen you want to set as the main screen, and tick【Make this my main display】in below.
2. Open the RemoteGo software, switch to the【Screen】tab in the settings, click【Configuration】of Windows Ink display, and then click【Settings】to calibrate, and the two screens will turn white.
3. At this time, an instruction will appear on the No. 1 screen, indicating that if the No. 1 screen is your main screen, which is the screen you use the RemoteGo software on, then use the stylus to click on the writing area to complete the calibration; If screen 1 is not your main screen, press Enter to jump to the next screen. At this time, if the No. 2 screen is your main screen, which is the screen you use the RemoteGo software on, then click on the writing area with the digital pen, and the calibration is completed!
