When you write on the software that can input texts, such as the browser address bar, MS Word file, Notepad, etc., Windows will automatically think that you want to use its handwriting recognition to input, so it will jump out of the Windows Ink input window.
Please refer to the following instructions to turn it off:
Windows 10
1. Left-click on the【Pen】icon on the taskbar, click on the【More】menu, and enter the settings.
2. Change the item shown in the following figure to 【Only in tablet mode】to turn off the Windows Ink window.
Windows 11
1. Right-click on the [Pen] icon on the taskbar and enter the settings.
2. Under the【Handwriting】item, expand the【Use your handwriting to enter text】item, and change the item shown in the following figure to【Never】to turn off the Windows Ink window.
