【RemoteGo Writing Pad】When recording video, why the mouse cursor is not recorded as the pen?

Please connect the RemoteGo tablet, and open the "Tablet Setting" from the taskbar in the lower right corner of the screen; if there is no such icon, it means that the driver is not installed. Please try to reinstall the RemoteGo software.

Uncheck the "Support Tablet PC" option in the tablet settings, then the cursor will be able to be seen.
