Please log in to the webpage (http://wct.worldcardteam.com/) to check the actual number of contacts, and then confirm the number of contacts on your mobile phone and computer. If the number of contacts is inconsistent, please download the contacts again.
On the phone:
Open the WorldCard Cloud App, tapin the upper left to confirm that the number of "All Contacts" is the same as the number on the webpage; if it is different, tap
to synchronize with the WorldCard Cloud server again, otherwise pleasetry downloading the data again.
-How to re-download on the app
1.Tap "Advanced"at the top right of the screen.
2. Tap "Settings".
3. Tap "Re-download".
One the computer:
Please open WorldCard Cloud and make sure that the number of "All Contacts" is the same as the number on the webpage; if it is different, please clickor "Run" \ "Synchronize" to synchronize with the WorldCard Cloud server again, otherwise, please try to download the contacts again.
-How to re-download on the computer
1. Go to "Settings" \ "Sync, Import, Export".
2. Select "WorldCard Cloud Server" and click on "Re-download".
3. Click "OK" to start.
