This is because the administrator set restricted your account login, for example, you can only log in on a specific computer or mobile phone, or only allow you to log in on the Windows platform or iOS platform.

Step 1: Use the administrator account to log in to the WorldCard Cloud service on the webpage :https://app.worldcardcloud.com/login
Step 2: Click->Settings
Step 3: Double click on the contact
Step 4[method 1]clickto close the settings and click
[method 2]Click and check the devices that are allowed to log in
Tip: Each platform can be bound to up to two devices.
