My account is about to expire, how do I renew it? I want to help a colleague add an account, what should I do?

The related settings of WorldCard Cloud service can only be changed on the web version, so please use a web browser to open the following website, and log in to your administrator account and password:https://www.worldcardcloud.com/

Please click the [Renew or purchase more user authorization] button on the [Authorized information] page in the settings, and then choose to add new users or continue to renew the subscription, and then follow the instructions on the screen to fill in the number of new users or the renewal period, then complete the payment. After the renewal is complete, the information on the "License Information" page will be updated.

To create new user accounts, please go to the [Account Management] page after payment, and clickon the quick toolbar to add user accounts. The default login password of a new user is penpower, and the users will be asked to change the password when logging in for the first time.

If your subscription is about to expire but you will not renew it, you can export all stored contacts in your preferred way (e.g. Excel, CSV, MS Outlook) before the expiration date to save it yourself. Please note that only exporting to MS Outlook can preserve both text information and card images.

If the subscription expires but you don't renew, the system will delete all your contacts after 180 days, but you can resume the subscription at any time during these 180 days to continue using your data.

The currency charged for the account new purchase/renewal fee is US dollars (USD). The actual credit card amount will be slightly different according to the exchange rate at the time of the bank request.
