After the trial, I want to buy a set with a scanner, what should I do?

Please be informed that the WorldCard Cloud scanner set sold on the market is designed for first-time users, and the activation code inside cannot be used to extend your trial account or convert it into a paid account.

Here are two options for your reference:

1. Purchase the WorldCard Cloud Scanner Kit and create a new account, export the data in the trial account to CSV (no card images) or export to Outlook (with card images) from WorldCard Cloud PC software, then log in with the new WorldCard Cloud account, and then import contacts from the Outlook.
   
   • If you can only export CSV but want to keep the card images, you can use the export function to export the card images, and after you import the CSV file later, you need to add the card images for each contact when editing them.
   • Or, you can use the import function to import all the card images and let the software recognizes the card images again to create contacts.
2. Renew your trial account and purchase the scanner separately. Please email us ([e-mail]) and we will provide information on purchasing the scanner separately.
