I'm going to switch computers, how do I transfer software licenses to the new computer?

* Before transferring the software license, please remember to export all your contact information as a *.wcxf file, so that you can back it up and quickly import it to the new computer for continued use.

The software license transfer method is as follows:

1: Click the following URL, select the platform and software to use, and click "Submit".

2: Enter the "Activation Code" and "Verification Code", and click "Submit", the system will send a deactivation confirmation letter.

3: In the deactivation confirmation letter, click "Click Here".

4: Check the device to be released, and then click "Next" to release the software authorization. After deactivation, it can be activated on the new device with the same activation code.

Alternatively you can operate directly from the software:

Windows
1: Click "Help \ Deactivate Software Licenses".

2: Click "Deactivate Software Licenses", and then follow the screen to release the software authorization.

Mac

1: Click "WorldCard \ Deactivate".

2: Click "OK", and then follow the screen to deauthorize the software.
