Introduction to the Signature Pad
PenPower ePaper SignPad utilizes electronic paper display technology. By using a pressure-sensitive pen, handwriting appears in real-time on the panel.
Getting Started
1. Download and Install PenPower ePaper SignPad
(1) Open your web browser and go to: https://d.penpower.net/epsignd to download and install the Windows software.
(2) Connect the USB cable from the signature pad to the computer’s USB port.
2. Launch the Software and Practice Writing
(1) Double-click the PenPower ePaper SignPad icon on your desktop to launch the software.
(2) Practice Writing:
As the device uses electronic paper and resistive glass technology, a moderate amount of pressure is needed when writing with the pressure-sensitive pen for the computer to correctly detect the strokes.
If the handwriting appears fragmented or intermittent, it indicates that the writing pressure is too light. Tap [Clear and Rewrite], then apply slightly more pressure when writing. If the handwriting is clear and consistent, gradually reduce the pressure to determine the optimal writing force for your use.
