AI VoiceWriter Mobile and Desktop Connection Guide

Please first download and open the mobile "AI VoiceWriter" app.

Connect the AI VoiceWriter USB drive to your computer.

The AI VoiceWriter USB drive contains two partitions: the first partition is a CD drive - "AI VoiceWriter" used for storing the program. The second partition can be used to store user data.

When you first connect the AI VoiceWriter USB drive to your computer and the AI VoiceWriter software does not automatically run, please right-click on the "AI VoiceWriter" partition, click "Open," then double-click [VIATALKLaunch.exe] to manually launch it.

Then, use the mobile "AI VoiceWriter" app to scan the QR code displayed by the desktop "AI VoiceWriter" program.

Pairing is complete. The mobile app will display "Ready" and a microphone button will appear.

On the AI VoiceWriter toolbar on your computer, click the "AI Proofreading and Rewriting" button to expand the workspace.

On the mobile app, click the microphone button to start recording.

You will see that what you say has been recognized as text and entered into the workspace.

You can use the AI proofreadingAI rewriting functionsto quickly correct and rewrite the content you have entered, and then use the submit text functionto send the revised content into your document.
