Q2.1 How do I start recording?

1. When the pen is off, slide the power switch down for about 3–4 seconds.
 
2. The green light shows Bluetooth is on.
 
3. The red light then turns on, meaning recording has started.
 
4. During recording, the red light blinks once every 2 seconds.
 

To stop recording: Slide the switch up for about 3 seconds to save the file and power off.

Q2.2 Can the pen record while charging?

Yes, but follow this order:

1. Start recording first.
 
2. Then connect it to a power bank or a slow charger.
 

Notice: The pen cannot record while charging via a computer USB port.

Q2.3 Why do I get multiple recordings for one session?

The pen automatically saves once every 3 hours. If your meeting or lecture is longer than 3 hours, you’ll see multiple files.

Q2.4 How can I combine several recordings into one meeting summary?

Use the Project feature in the Notique AI App.  Add related recordings, handwritten notes, or PDFs into one project,then tap “Generate Project Summary.”

The pen’s clock auto-syncs whenever it connects to the Notique AI App—no manual setup needed.
