Q3.1 How do I charge the Notique AI Pen?
1. Rotate the top protective cap **counterclockwise** to expose the USB-C connector.
2. Use the original USB-C cable with a 5 V / 1 A or 5 V / 2 A slow charger.
3. Fast charging is not supported. Avoid unknown or low-quality chargers—if you use a fast charger, choose a reputable brand to protect the device.
Q3.2 What do the LED lights mean?
| Status | LED Indicator |
| Recording | Red light blinks every 2 seconds |
| Bluetooth connected | Green light stays on |
| Idle (Bluetooth off) | Green light blinks |
| Charging | Orange light stays on; turns off when full |
| Low battery | Green + red blink alternately → auto power-off after ~8 sec |
| Memory full | Green + orange blink alternately |
Q3.3 Why does the battery seem to drain faster near the end?
That’s normal for lithium batteries. The displayed level is an estimate, not a linear scale. At higher levels, the drop is slower; at lower levels, it appears to fall faster. For long recordings, keep the battery above 70 % to ensure stable operation.
Q3.4 Can the pen connect when the battery is low?
When power drops below 10 %, the app shows “Low battery — please charge” and automatically disconnects to protect your data.
